Below is an example of the Terms and Conditions for using our services. As part of your proposal and approvals, you will receive a completed document with tailored dates and details for your trip.


BOOKING & PAYMENT 


Deposit: A deposit of Deposit Amount or Percentage is required to secure your reservation. This deposit may be non-refundable. 


Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by the dates given after booking.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. 


CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellation by Client: If canceled ________ days before the departure date, _____% of the total cost will be refunded. If canceled ________ days before the departure date, _____% of the total cost will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within ______ days of the departure date. Cancellation by Travel Agency: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

CHANGES TO BOOKING 


Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing. Changes may be subject to availability and additional costs. 


Agency-Initiated Changes: If changes are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements of a similar standard. 


TRAVEL INSURANCE 

Mandatory Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

If the client declines insurance, then a signed waiver must be submitted. Insurance Coverage: It is the client’s responsibility to understand the coverage and limitations of their travel insurance policy.

Travel Agency Liability: Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or accidents.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas), complying with local laws, and maintaining personal health and safety during the trip. LIABILITY 



HEALTH & SAFETY 


Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to any health requirements or recommendations for their destination and taking necessary precautions. 


Safety Protocols: Clients must follow all safety guidelines and protocols provided by the destination and local authorities. 


FORCE MAJEURE 


Unforeseen Circumstances: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform any obligation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government actions. 


DISPUTE RESOLUTION 


Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of _______________ Jurisdiction. 


Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to [Arbitration/Mediation].
