Scope of Services: The Travel Advisor Fee covers the following:
- Comprehensive destination research for a personalized itinerary
- Arrangement and coordination of travel logistics
- Booking and reservation management
- Ticketing and documentation handling
- Assistance with destination services
- Ongoing traveler support before and during the trip
Advisor Fee Upon agreement to engage our services, a non-refundable Planning Fee will be charged. This fee compensates for the time, expertise, and resources required to plan and execute your travel arrangements. The fee is payable to Travel with Books in Bari upon engagement of services.
Client Responsibilities & Acknowledgment Travel with Books in Bari is committed to providing the highest level of service. However, the client acknowledges that certain factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, political unrest, or transportation delays, may impact travel plans. These circumstances are not the responsibility of the travel agency/advisor.
Ownership of Itinerary All itineraries created during the planning process become the property of the client upon completion. Any additional services requested after the final itinerary is delivered may be subject to a separate fee.
