This was the first time I had been to Universal and was hopefully that it would be as good as Disney but unfortunately  that was not the case.    It started with the 1st ride I got in line for the estimate time was 180 min that turned out to be 4 1/2 hours.    Then after that 1 ride we only had time for another 1 in Islands and since the Hogwartz train to Universal Studios was not open this was a surprise to many people the only way to get to the other park was to walk all the way back to the entrance and then walk to that park.    The app that they want you to use is also not unto date so you find yourself having to back track a lot since there is a lot of construction and the links between the areas are very hard to find.    The other issues that I had was you never felt like you were in any “world” mostly it felt more like a state fair and less like a theme park.   I would not recommend choosing Universal over Disney and if you really want to see Universal save your money and just do one park one day at most.
